Armanitola Government High School Admission Circular 2021-2022 According to the revised notification issued by the department regarding the application for admission in government schools, students will be admitted in different classes in the academic year 2022 in all the government secondary schools across the country, including Dhaka Metropolitan City. No admission form will be distributed from the school in case of admission of students. The application form will be available online (http://esa.teletalk.com.bd) only. The process of receiving online applications will begin from 11 am on November 25 and will continue till 5 pm on December 8. The application fee for admission for the academic year 2022 has been fixed at Rs 110, which can only be paid through SMS from Teletalk pre-paid mobiles.
The 44 government secondary schools of Dhaka metropolis (including 3 feeder branches) will be divided into 3 different groups. At the time of application, a candidate can select a maximum of 5 schools in the order of choice in the same group. Applicants across the country will also get a list of thana-based educational institutions at the time of selection of institutions at the time of application.
In this case, candidates can select a maximum of 5 schools in order of choice in each application based on availability. In the case of a double shift organization, choosing two shifts will be considered to have completed the order of choice. The school or shift of the same choice cannot be preferred a second time.
In the academic year 2022, all government secondary schools across the country will have to participate in the digital lottery program to be held at the central level. However, at the upazila level, if the teachers and employees of the newly formed government secondary schools who have not yet received ad hoc recruitment are not able to participate in the lottery, then the admission will be completed by December 30 by selecting the students in the lottery process through the upazila admission committee formed by the ministry of education. In case of admission of students, no examination other than the selection of students through lottery can be taken. Apart from this, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education, the age of the student has been fixed above six years as per the National Education Policy-2010 for admission to the first class in the academic year 2022.
The same number of seats as the number of children eligible for admission of teachers or employees working in government secondary schools will be reserved in the institution. In this case, they do not need to apply online. If the teacher or employee is working in a government secondary boys’ school and if his or her eligible child is a girl, then the seat should be reserved in the nearby government girls’ school. Similarly, if the teacher-employee is working in the government secondary girls’ school and if the child is admitted to the boy, then the seat should be reserved in the nearby government boys’ school. That is, the 2 per cent quota for the admission of children of teachers or teachers working in government secondary schools has been removed in the policy.
The selection of students in the lottery process in government secondary schools across the country will be held online on December 15.
