44th BCS Final Result 2022. The Public Service Commission (PSC) is working to publish the final results of the 40th BCS in March. The publication of the results is almost in the final stages. The results are likely to be published on Thursday (March 31).

According to PSC sources, due to the coronavirus, there was some momentum to complete the activities of the 40th BCS. Oral examinations were postponed several times. However, the commission is preparing to overcome all the hurdles and publish the final results. The full commission meeting of the PSC is likely to be held on Thursday. The final approval for the publication of the results may be given at that meeting.

When asked about this, PSC chairman Sohrab Hossain told The Daily Campus, “We want to publish the final results of the 40th BCS this month.” That’s how it works. I hope to be able to publish the final results of the 40th BCS in March.

Meanwhile, another source in the PSC said that only two more days of the current month are left. In this situation, the final result of the 40th BCS may not be completed. If for some reason the results are not published in the current month, the results will be published in the first week of April.

Noor Ahmad, controller of examinations at the PSC, told The Daily Campus, “We are trying our best to publish the final result of the 40th BCS this month. However, if this is not possible for any reason, the results will be published in the beginning of April.

Incidentally, in 2018, the Notification of the 40th BCS was published by the Public Works Commission. It was applied by 4,12,532 people. 327,000 people participated in the prelims. Of these, 20,277 passed.

A total of 1,903 cadres will be taken in the 40th BCS. It will recruit 200 people in the administration cadre, 72 in the police, 25 in foreign affairs, 24 each, 32 in customs excise and about 800 in the education cadre. A total of 1,903 cadres will be recruited. However, this number may increase further.
