Chittagong University (CU) 2021-2022 academic year undergraduate (honors) first-year admission test is going to start next Wednesday. The admission battle will start with the admission test of the ‘B’ unit. The admission test will continue till November 5. Today, on Monday, the seating arrangement of shift-1 of the admission test of the B unit has been announced.
The university has made all preparations to complete the admission test smoothly. As part of this, eight instructions have been given for admission test takers and parents.

Admission test schedule
Examinations for ‘B’ unit will be held on 27th and 28th October, ‘C’ unit on 29th October, ‘D’ unit on 30th and 31st October and ‘A’ unit on 1st and 2nd November. Besides, examinations of sub-units ‘B-1’ and ‘D-1’ will be held on November 5.

‘B’ Unit – 1 hour before the commencement of the examination of the concerned unit from 12th October
‘C’ Unit – 1 hour before the commencement of the examination of the concerned unit from 14th October
‘D’ Unit – 1 hour before the commencement of the examination of the concerned unit from 15th October
‘A’ Unit – 1 hour before the commencement of the examination of the concerned unit from 17th October
Sub-Unit B from 1-21 October to 1 hour before the commencement of the examination of the concerned unit
Sub-Unit D from 1-21 October to 1 hour before the commencement of the examination of the concerned unit.
The instructions are:
1.
Admission test will be held in the 1st year undergraduate (honors) class in accordance with the health rules considering the corona situation. No candidate can enter the examination center without a mask. Must be wearing a full-time mask after the test.
2.
Considering the Corona situation, more than one parent cannot come to the campus with the examinees. Besides, in the interest of security, all concerned should keep their national identity card or their own identity card. Everyone has to wear a mask.
3.
At the end of the test, the candidates have to leave the center step by step. In this case the instructions of the head / inspector of the center should be followed.
4.
Each candidate can know the location of their respective seats by logging on to the University Admission Website (https://admission.cu.ac.bd). Admission must be downloaded before viewing the seating arrangement.
5.
Each examinee must bring along two downloaded copies of Admission Card, two passport size photographs and original registration card of Higher Secondary / Equivalent Examination or original copy of O Level Statement of Entry on the day of admission test.

Candidates will be able to use FX-100 or below standard (without memory option / SIM) calculator during the test. Candidates are not allowed to carry mobile phone, calculator with memory option / SIM, electronic device-like clock and pen or any other device during the examination.

If any complaint regarding leaking of question papers is seen by anyone, it can be lodged in writing with the concerned unit co-ordinator along with the evidence at least one hour before the time of entry in the examination centers scheduled for 1st and 2nd shift.

If any kind of irregularity is observed against anyone in the admission test, the law enforcement on duty will take legal action immediately.
