Publication of notification for filling up the form of degree 2nd-year examination of seven government colleges affiliated to Dhaka University. Information about filling up the form is published in a notification on the website of the college.
Candidates wishing to participate in the 2nd year degree pass (2017-18 academic year) and certificate course examinations of Government Seven Colleges affiliated to Dhaka University for the year 2017 have to fill the online application form between 24-08-21 to 05-09-2021. College authorities have to verify by 07-09-2021. Online form filling, verification by the college, and related terms and conditions are provided.

Students need to be informed to fill up the application form within the stipulated time in the interest of timely publication of the results of the degree 2nd-year examination. There is no chance of filling up the form with a delay fee after the stipulated time of filling up the form. If a student makes a mistake in the information provided by him while filling up the online form, the student will be able to correct it himself till the last date of filling up the form.
Necessary conditions for participation in the degree 2nd examination of the college
For regular examinees
Regular students of the 2017-2018 academic year and registered private students of 2017 who have passed the degree pass and certificate course of 2017 by participating in the 1st year examination will participate in the said examination.
The above students have to participate in the examination of 3rd and 4th papers of elective subjects including “Bangla Jatiya Bhasha” compulsory paper in the 2nd year.
Participation in all 2nd-year exams is mandatory.
For irregular examinees
• 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-1017 academic year students and 2014, 2015, 2016 private registered students who passed the degree, pass and certificate courses of 2014, 2015, 2016 by participating in the 1st year examination (Promoted)
But those students who have not participated in the 2nd year examination of 2017, 2018, 2015 or have failed by participating will be able to participate in this examination.
The above students have to participate in the 3rd and 4th papers of the elective subjects including the compulsory paper of “Bangla Jatiya Bahasa” in the 2nd year.
Participation in all 2nd-year exams is mandatory.
For Grade Improvement examinees
• 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016 academic year students and 2014, 2015, 2016 private registered students who passed the degree, pass and certificate courses of 2015, 2016, 2017 in the 2nd year examination (Not Promoted) or
They will be able to participate in this examination in the course in which they got F in any paper/course.
ষIn the academic year 2015-2016, all the students who participated in the 2nd year examination of 2017 and got C or D grade in any paper/course will be able to participate in the maximum 2 papers/course.
For Certificate Course Candidates (No. 200)
• Students registered for the certificate course in 2015, 2016, 2017 academic year who have passed the 1st year examination of 2015, 2016, 2017 will be able to participate in the 3rd and 4th paper examinations of the 2nd year.
• All these students will participate in the examination according to the syllabus of the 2013-2014 academic year.

Fee submission procedure
The fee of all the candidates for the degree to pass the 2nd-year examination of 2018 has to be deposited by the college authorities under the title “DU-Affiliated Colleges” Account No: – 440570300066 in any branch of Sonali Bank in this name by bank draft / pay-order.
Money Statement must be attached with Bank Draft / Pay-Order. Bank Draft / Pay-order must be given as (A / C_ Payee). Also, according to the prevailing rules of Dhaka University, the price of each form is 100 / – (one hundred Tk) which has to be deposited in cash at the university and 50 / – (fifty TK) will be paid by the college authorities.
