The merit list was scheduled to be released tomorrow on Saturday (January 15) as per the time given by the university admission committee. All preparations for the release of the results are already reported to have been completed.
Professor Mostafizur Rahman said there is some delay in publishing the merit list of seven colleges mainly to coordinate admissions to Dhaka University and admissions to seven colleges. We also have some technical issues ourselves. But now the fruit is ready. The results will be out in the next two days.
The admission committee of Dhaka University had informed that the results of the subjects and college hierarchies of seven government colleges affiliated to Dhaka University will be published today (January 10th).
Professor Mostafizur Rahman said admission activities of colleges will start from the first week of February after the results of colleges and subject choice are published. The decision on the start of the class will be communicated later.
Students who have passed the admission test of science faculty, faculty of commerce, faculty of arts and social sciences of seven colleges have started college and subject choice activities. The process was later completed on December 20.
Earlier, on November 5, 6 last year, admission tests were conducted by the Faculty of Commerce, Science of seven colleges and the Arts and Social Sciences Unit on November 17. The side rate in the Faculty of Commerce in admission examination is about 73 per cent, the side rate in the Faculty of Science is 57.70 per cent and that of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is 67.9 per cent.
